Rakesh Chaturvedi

Rakesh Chaturvedi completed his PhD in Economics from Pennsylvania State University in 2015. He uses mathematical modeling and analysis in his research. His recent and ongoing work aims to design good mechanisms for resource allocation problems. Some of his current areas of interest are problems in market design and game theory. Before his PhD, Rakesh obtained his Masters degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and his undergraduate degree in Mining Engineering from Institute of Technology at Banaras Hindu University. Before joining IIIT-D, Rakesh was a faculty at Indian Institute of Management Udaipur during 2015-2017 and an adjunct faculty at Delhi School of Economics during 2008-09
