Samrith Ram

He was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Harish-Chandra Research Institute, Allahabad. Originally from an engineering background, he received his B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras in 2003. He later completed his PhD as an NBHM fellow in the Department of Mathematics, IIT Bombay in 2012. He was awarded the 'Excellence in Thesis' award for his Ph.D. thesis by IIT Bombay. He was also the recipient of the Archimedes Postdoctoral Fellowship awarded by the Marseille Institute for Mathematics and Computer Science, Marseille, France in 2013. His primary research interests include Finite Fields and Combinatorics.

He has served as a reviewer for Mathematical Reviews (AMS) and journals including LAA, DCC, DAM.
