Foundation Day Celebration 2016

Eight years ago, the first day of classes was organized in the NSIT transit campus on September 8th. Since then we have come a long way and starting this year, we have decided to celebrate September 8th as our Foundation Day. It is truly an extraordinary day not be missed and everyone in the IIIT-Delhi family is invited to be a part of this celebration on September 8th, 2016. Everyone's presence will make this celebration more significant and memorable. A brief overview of the celebration is:

Random Act of Kindness: any random act to help others (or environment) including participating in NGOs, Eco Club, Government School initiative, helping students, or any other random act which gives you some happiness. We celebrate this on Sep 6, 7, 8, and beyond. Anyone can do their act anywhere and may share their happiness with others. We will soon share more details of this.

Thank You Wall: We will be building a "Thank You" wall. We will also celebrate the day by saying thank you.

Teachers Day Celebration: We will celebrate Teachers Day as well.

Different clubs will present a skit, songs, and IIITD photo mosaic. The celebration will end with Flying Candles, snacks, and DJ. The organizing team is preparing for this event and we hope that all of us will be able to actively participate in the celebration and enjoy.
