Instructions for Candidates those accepted the offer of Admission in Round 1 & 2:

Please follow the instructions below for further admission procedure at IIIT-Delhi.

Date of reporting: Jul 30, 2014(Wednesday) Reporting Time: 09.00 am 01.30 pm
Orientation: Jul 31, 2014(Thursday) & Aug 01, 2014(Friday)
Starting of classes: Aug 04, 2014(Monday)

Documents required at the Time of admission: (Please come with originals of all the documents for verification and set of self attested Xerox copy of the same which will be kept in your personal file.) Originals of all certificates are only for verification purpose, except GATE score card, the original of which will be retained. The check lists of documents are given below:

1. Print out of Application form
2. GATE Score card (original to be retained)
3. Marks sheet of 10th
4. Marks sheet of 12th
5. Marks sheet of qualifying examination (B.Tech, M.Sc.)
6. Degree Certificate of qualifying examination. (If you haven’t been issued final degree certificate, please bring a provisional or course completion certificate duly signed by authority)
7. Caste certificate
8. PwD certificate
9. 2 Passport size photograph

Opening of Bank Account:

For GATE scholarship you need to have a bank account in your name (single not in joint). To facilitate the students (those who don’t have a bank account), we will have representative from HDFC bank who will open your bank account on the same day. For that you need the following documents:

a. Photo ID card (Pan card, Voter card, Driving License etc.)
b. Residence Proof (Voter card, Driving License etc.)
c. One Photograph

Those who already have bank account in their name, please come with the passbook of the same, which we need at the time
of registration for GATE stipend.

Payment of Fees: (Draft to be submitted at the time of reporting)

1. Tuition fees with Campus maintenance fees: Draft of Rs. 65,000/- in favour of “IIIT-Delhi Collection Account” payable at “Delhi
2. Mess Fees - Draft of Rs. 9728/- in favour of “M/S SB catering Services” payable at “Delhi”
3. Hostel Fees – (The fees to be paid will depend upon the availability and allotment of rooms. For initial payment, please come with one draft of Rs.26,500/- or Rs.19, 875/- or Rs.17, 500/- (the particulars of room is given below). Surplus or deficit, if any, after the allotment of hostel will be refunded to you or recovered from you.) + Rs.16000/- Security (Refundable)

For Single Room - Draft of Rs.26,500/- [+ Rs.16000/- Security (Refundable)] in favour of “IIIT-Delhi Collection Account” payable at “Delhi”
For Double Room - Draft of Rs.19,875/- [+ Rs.16000/- Security (Refundable)] in favour of “IIIT-Delhi Collection Account” payable at “Delhi”
For Triple Room (only for girls) - Draft of Rs.17,500/- [+ Rs.16000/- Security (Refundable)] in favour of “IIIT-Delhi Collection Account” payable at “Delhi”

(Hostel is not compulsory for all)
