Dr. Ganesh Bagler delivered a talk on "The molecular essence of Indian cuisine and its applications" at the Biotechnology Department, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar on 19th July, 2016. It was attended by the students and faculty members of the Biotechnology Department.
 
 Apart from presenting the discovery of 'negative (contrasting) food pairing' in Indian cuisine, Dr. Bagler also contended for  significance of computational resources easily available to students.
